TXClean™ is a tank cleaning system that can be set up for 2 ISO tank cleaning bays, with the stainless-steel 3D Rotary Tank Cleaning Head connected to a lance pipe for 360° cleaning. TXClean™ Manlid Cover & High-Pressure Cleaner are also available for add-ons.

This tank cleaning system comes with different range of air-operated diaphragm pump or electrical driven high-pressure vertical centrifugal pump, connected to the water storage container of the client, operated with an electrical starter control panel, which will fully    control the operations of the system during the tank cleaning process, and the residual   water to be discharged to the wastewater treatment system of the client. For higher           performance requirements, other range of high-pressure pumps and tank cleaning head will be available.

User is required to install a 2” stainless-steel pipeline from the pump to their water storage container and the tank cleaning bay. Air compressor with air receiver tank and air hose will be required for diaphragm pump.

Dosing Pump or detergent spray gun TXClean™ JetSpray Gun can also be provided upon request.

LXClean™ is a fully enclosed cleaning system that can clean up to 2 ISO tanks at the same time, and with the application of a special-formulated latex cleaning chemical that cleans and remove the latex residue in the ISO tank, with the stainless-steel 3D Rotary Tank Cleaning Head connected with lance pipe for 360° cleaning.

This closed circuit latex circulation cleaning system comes with air-operated diaphragm pump, connected to a stainless-steel 316 rectangular latex chemical storage container that comes with mesh filtration housing and heating pipelines. A specially designed electrical starter and temperature control panel will fully control the operations of the system during the cleaning process. The latex cleaning chemical mixed with hot water will flow back to the storage container and re-used for many times. 

User is required to install a 2” stainless-steel pipeline from the pump to the tank cleaning bay with hose connecting to the tank cleaning head. Steam boiler with steam pipe or hose and air compressor with air receiver tank and air hose will be required.
